Cultivate Poise. It's The Best Tonic for the Noise.

In this episode Mac & Stu are recording this episode during the last week of 2020. They are going to dig around in their manifesto this week. You can see it if you click on the “links” in the Captivate player, or here. And…they're working on an ebook that elaborates on the manifesto nuggets. So, strap in as they pull back the curtain.

"Cultivate Poise; everyone will wonder what planet you are from."

Am I poised enough that when I am bumped, I don’t spew?

How do I control my input? Stu has a great analogy using a mixing board!

We are in the midst of trying times. Be kinder to yourself.

Poise can’t be cultivated in ignorance. You become reactionary. Be informed but not overwhelmed.

It will require you to change your mind.

Go beyond what happens to what matters.

Does your spirit get a vote in your goals/resolutions? Season your decisions with the stardust.

Mac and Stu would love to hear from you on how you are going rogue.

The Mystic MacNugget: “Poise is that mystical quality that enables you to love, no matter what."

Tickling your fancy on some upcoming episodes:

“My toe shoes have more friends than I do!”

Life is not a zero-sum game

           Student loan forgiveness-blessing, curse, or…?
